This guide takes you from a fresh Termux installation to a fully running monorepo with the ArchWiz cockpit open and your first DeepCLI session created. You will install dependencies, initialize the multi-agent database, launch the central automation cockpit, send a prompt through DeepCLI, and verify that the CI gates pass.

Install prerequisites

Ensure Termux is up to date, then install the core Python dependencies. The base requirements include curl-cffi, requests, and websockets.
If you encounter build errors, install python-dev and clang through pkg before retrying.

Initialize the multi-agent database

Change into the termux-multi-agent directory and run the initialization script. This creates the local database that the agent orchestrator depends on.
You only need to run this once. Subsequent starts use the existing database.

Open the ArchWiz cockpit

From the repository root, launch the central automation cockpit. This opens the interactive dashboard with access to 28 tools across 7 categories.
Use the cockpit to navigate forensic tools, run autonomous agents, verify changes, and inspect knowledge indices.

Create your first DeepCLI session

In a separate Termux session, create a new DeepCLI conversation and send an initial prompt.
To enable reasoning mode, add the --thinking flag:

Verify the gates pass

Before any merge or significant change, run the two required CI gate scripts from the repository root.
Both gates must pass. Do not skip the smoke test even if the repo gate succeeds.
