Command Reference for the Termux Monorepo

The Termux Monorepo provides a suite of CLI tools for automation, AI interaction, agent orchestration, and code forensics. This page lists every key command by category with usage examples you can copy and run in Termux.

ArchWiz cockpit

ArchWiz is the central automation cockpit with 28 tools across 7 categories. Use these commands to open the dashboard and run verification.

DeepCLI commands

DeepCLI is the DeepSeek-oriented CLI for managing AI conversations. All commands are run through deepcli/deepcli.py.

`deepcli.py send "prompt"`	Send a message to the current session
`deepcli.py send "prompt" --thinking`	Send with reasoning mode enabled
`deepcli.py list`	List all stored sessions
`deepcli.py history --session <id>`	Show message history for a session
`deepcli.py export --format json --output chat.json`	Export a session to JSON
`deepcli.py fork --session <id> --message-id <msg>`	Fork a conversation at a specific message

Termux Multi-Agent commands

The multi-agent system is provisioned and orchestrated from termux-multi-agent/.

`python termux-multi-agent/provision_agent.py`	Provision a new agent instance
`python termux-multi-agent/dashboard.py`	Open the agent status dashboard
`python termux-multi-agent/patch_files.py`	Apply file patches across agents
`node termux-multi-agent/cedar-mcp-server.js`	Start the Cedar MCP server
`run_agent.sh`	Run an agent with environment variables set

Forensic and mapper commands

Use these commands for code forensics and index rebuilding.
